The Story Behind T&E

T&E started with a simple love for good biltong.

What began as a passion for making biltong for ourselves, our family and the people around us grew into something we wanted to share with more people. We believe biltong isn't just a snack — it's something that brings people together, whether you're sharing a bag with friends, taking it along on a road trip, or simply enjoying a few pieces at the end of a long day.

We put a lot of ourselves into every bag of T&E. From choosing the meat and getting the seasoning just right, to the drying process and the final product, we care about the little things.

We don't want to make biltong just for the sake of making biltong. We want to make the kind of biltong that makes you reach into the bag for "just one more piece" — and then realize you've finished the bag.

For us, it's about keeping things simple, honest and full of flavour.
